红肠桂林米粉

哈尔滨是我非常喜欢的一个城市,淳朴的民风,实在的美食,真是让人难忘!每次去哈尔滨一定会去买秋林红肠,那独特的味道,真是欲罢不能啊! 配上从桂林带来的干品米粉,那味道真是相得益彰!桂林粉很像江西米粉,但口感更加的有韧性、爽滑弹牙! 这种作法也可以用来做普通的米粉,配料可以是任何蔬菜,周末不想出门的朋友可以做一下,把冰箱里的菜物尽其用!

食材

  • 红肠 1根
  • 桂林干米粉 100g
  • 青椒 2个
  • 大葱 1根
  • 大白菜 200g
  • 盐 3g
  • 酱油 1勺
  • 喷鼻油 适量
  • 老干妈 1勺
  • 醋 1勺

    提前一晚把干桂林粉用温水泡一晚上
