    步调一:盘腿(4个八拍)

    我们一路左腿标的目的内盘起时,右手拍到左脚上,右腿标的目的内盘起时,左手拍到右脚上,交叉持续做4个八拍;

    步调二:磕踢(4个八拍)

    我们一路左腿标的目的上抬起时,右手拍到左膝盖上,右腿标的目的上抬起时,左手拍到右膝盖上,交叉持续做4个八拍;
